Book a shipment

In order to start using our services you will need to follow the steps below:

1. Contact our Sales Team at (01) 821 9999 or sales@indexp.com to discuss your freight requirements and agree rates.

2. Download, print and sign our Account application form ensuring that all sections are completed. This form includes our terms and conditions and credit application. Send completed forms to our accounts department or email to finance@indexp.com

3. Book a shipment. Contact our Customer Service Team or simply call our General Enquiries number (01) 821 9999 to be transferred to the Customer Service Team member responsible for the particular business area.
