Pallet and Parcel Definitions
Pallets
Full pallet - Maximum weight 1200 kilos, base 1 x 1.2 metres, height 2 metres
Half pallet - Maximum weight 500 kilos, base 1 x 1.2 metres, height 1 metre. Half pallets must be stackable or can be up to 2m if base less than 0.6 sq. metres
Quarter pallet - Maximum weight 250 kilos, base 1.0 x 0.6 metres, height 0.6 metres
Pallets over these criteria can be carried but will be charged as two or more full/ half/ quarter pallets as appropriate
Parcels
- We carry parcels as consignments of 1-3 cartons or 4-6 cartons
- 7 cartons or more would be treated as a full, half or quarter pallet depending on size and weight
- No carton can weigh more than 30 kilos or be on average more than 0.14 cubic metres i.e. 1-3 cartons max 0.42cbm, 4-6 cartons 0.84cbm
